Emerald Greens Vacation Villas Policies
Deposit Information: A deposit of the first night’s room rate including package items, daily resort charge, and tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made. This deposit is fully refundable outside of 3 business days prior to your arrival.
Service Charges: A 20% service charge is added to all a-la-carte food and beverage charges
Taxes and Governmental Fees: The room rate is subject to governmentally imposed fees and taxes.
Dining and Recreation Reservations: Advance reservations and appointments are required for all evening dining and recreation to ensure preferred times. Changes can be made up to seven days prior to arrival. Any changes in itenerary past that point will be subject to availability and potential increase in fees.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 3 days will forfeit the entire deposit charged. (one night’s room/package rate and tax ) Failure to show on the first night of stay will cause cancellation of all activities and dining reservations for the entire stay.
Early Check-In Policy: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m., you may check your luggage with the Concierge Desk and enjoy any of our resort amenities until your room becomes available.
Early Departure Policy: Your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement or as a holiday package, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.
Airport Transportation: For a fee, the Resort can assist in booking transportation reservations to and from Tampa International Airport. Contact the Concierge desk for assistance.
NOTE: Cancellation Policy for Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Holidays observe a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations within 30 days will be charged one night’s rate and tax. Failure to show on the first night of stay will cause cancellation of all activities and dining reservations for the entire stay.
Closures Due to Course Maintenance
The quality of a good putting green is dependent on a number of factors - most of which occur below the surface. Aeration is a short-term disruption that has long-term benefits for our turf. This mechanical process creates more air space in the soil and promotes deep rooting using a 3/8" mini tine and topdressing process. With diligence, our process makes small aeration holes that are virtually unnoticeable when the course reopens. Play is interrupted during this process but only for a limited time.
